Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

We offer a variety of shipping options which are displayed at checkout and are provided by Australia Post and its affiliates. Please allow 2-3 business days for Ivy Shores to fulfil and ship your order. Please consider that the default currency for Ivy Shores is Australia Dollars, if ordering from overseas you will need to account for currency conversion. Ivy Shores removes all responsibility for miscalculated currency conversions.  Note that shipping and deliveries will not be available on weekends and/or holidays. See below for estimated shipping time frames once the shipment is received by Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia:

Express: Approx. 2-7 business days

Standard Post: Approx. 7-13 business days

Shipping internationally (New Zealand):

Express: Approx. 5-20 business days

Standard: Approx. 9-30 business days

Ivy Shores offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia over AUD $250. For domestic orders with a value under AUD $250, a standard shipping fee of AUD $10 applies.

Express Shipping incurs a standard fee of AUD $15.

Ivy Shores offers $15 Standard international shipping and $25 Express International Shipping to New Zealand. 
No local pick up available at this time.

* Wholesale shipping costs to be determined based on order weight.

Please understand the above time-frames are estimates only. Due to the unpredictable nature of postal services these time-frames may vary. Please allow an added 4 business days on top of the above estimates for your goods to arrive before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of your shipment. Contact us via info@ivyshores.com.au with the email subject: Shipping & Delivery Enquiry - Your Order Number. Once received we will look into the matter.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Your orders are sent by registered mail and may require a signature.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s)* once your order has been posted.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Depending on the location of your shipment, additional customs and duty fees may apply. You, the purchaser, will be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to. We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We kindly advise that you familiarise yourself with any import duties, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package. Ivy Shores is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.

Returned Orders To Ivy Shores Due To Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Addresses:

Please be advised that Ivy Shores will not re-post an item at our expense if it is returned due to unclaimed parcel or an incorrect address. Ivy Shores can arrange re-postage at the buyers expense should this be required. 

Ivy Shores is not liable or responsible for undelivered parcels to incorrect addresses, we may not resend your order if the address is the same as you originally provided.
